After you book
We'll call you within a few hours to confirm your appointment and ask a couple of quick questions so we're prepared.

We call you at the scheduled time. You don't need to download anything or set anything up beforehand. Just answer the phone.

We go at your pace. If we need to see your screen, we'll walk you through setting that up on the call — it only takes a minute.

We send you written step-by-step notes so you can do it again on your own. You pay through Venmo or Zelle — we'll remind you how.

We call you at the scheduled time on your regular phone. If we need to see your screen, we'll walk you through it step by step on the call. You don't need to install anything beforehand.
Ask it ten times if you need to. That's completely normal. That's also why we leave you with written notes so you have something to look at between sessions.
Many of our clients are booked by family members. You can fill out the form or call us, and we'll reach out to your parent with a friendly introduction.

If we started working on something and didn't finish, we'll schedule a follow-up at no extra charge. We don't consider a job done until you're comfortable.
